We keep things local whenever possible. To help avoid tariffs, duties, and unnecessary delays, orders are printed and shipped within the country they're purchased. 

Canadian orders are printed and shipped from Ontario. 
U.S. orders are printed and shipped from the United States. 

That means fewer border headaches and a faster trip from us to your doorstep.

We inspect every item before it ships, but occasionally something may slip through.

If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect or damage, please email orders@retrokid.ca within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and a few photos so we can review it and make things right.

Not yet! Right now, we ship within Canada and the U.S. only. We're always dreaming bigger, though, so hopefully we'll be able to bring a little nostalgia to even more corners of the world soon. Stay tuned!

Sometimes the nostalgia is perfect, but the fit isn't. If your item is unused, unwashed, and unworn, you can request an exchange within 14 days of delivery. All exchanges are subject to available inventory at the time of processing.

Because part of the fun is the surprise, all Mystery Bags are final sale. The same goes for Warehouse Sale items and any products marked as Final Sale. These items cannot be returned or exchanged. Gift cards are also non-refundable and final sale.

Changed your mind? It happens. Send us an email at orders@retrokid.ca as soon as possible and we'll do our best to catch your order before it ships. Depending on where it is in the fulfillment process, changes or cancellations may not always be possible, but we'll see what we can do!

Waiting for a package is hard, especially when nostalgia is involved. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow along as it makes its way to you.

If your order hasn't arrived yet, start by checking your tracking information and confirming the shipping address on your order. You may also want to check with family members or neighbors incase it was delivered somewhere unexpected. 

If everything looks correct and your package is still missing, send us an email at orders@retrokid.ca with your order number and we'll be happy to look into it. If an incorrect shipping address was entered at checkout, we can help arrange a replacement shipment, though additional shipping costs may apply.

We know you're excited to receive your order! Once your package ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey right to your doorstep.

Canada: Please allow approximately 4–7 business days for delivery after your order has shipped.

United States: Please allow approximately 6–9 business days for delivery after your order has shipped.

The best way to find your perfect fit is to compare the measurements of a t-shirt you already own and love against our size chart.

Because fit preferences and body measurements vary from person to person, measuring a favorite garment is the most accurate way to determine the size that's right for you.

Please note that fit may vary slightly between styles, so we always recommend reviewing the size chart before placing your order.

Unless otherwise stated, our apparel features a unisex fit.

Unisex sizing is generally based on standard men's sizing, which means it may fit slightly more relaxed or oversized on some women. If you prefer a more fitted look, we recommend sizing down. For the most accurate fit, please refer to the size chart on the product page.

For best results, always follow the care instructions on the inside label.

To help preserve the fit, color, and quality of your garment, we recommend washing inside out in cold water and either tumble drying on low heat or hanging to dry. While our garments are designed to minimize shrinkage, some slight shrinkage may occur depending on washing and drying methods.
